On February 1st, lead by our Board of Directors, the HSWC welcomed a brand new event to our little family. The first ever Polar Plunge had over 40 participants, and raised over $10,300 for the shelter. This event was made possible with thanks to our amazing sponsors:

The after party, hosted by our friends at VinoVA, was a welcoming atmosphere with hot soups and cocktails, perfect to warm up our participants and spectators. We look forward to bringing this event back next year, and hope to double our participation!
